What sets IWAA apart from traditional awards is its non-commercial, non-profit approach. There are no nomination fees, hidden charges, or commercial influences in the selection process. Our awards are entirely based on the credibility, accomplishments, and impact of each nominee, ensuring fairness and transparency throughout.

With 25+ exclusive award categories, IWAA honors one exceptional woman in each category through a meticulous and transparent selection process. This process includes open public nominations, in-depth research, background verification, and personal interviews to identify the most deserving candidates. Our goal is to provide a platform that celebrates authentic talent, inspires future generations, and recognizes the real leaders shaping industries. Who can Nominate

We invite nominations for deserving women achievers across 25+ categories. The nomination
process is open to all, and the following criteria apply:

Eligibility

• The nominee must have made impactful contributions in her field and achieved significant recognition.
• Women who have contributed to their domain, area of excellence, or area of impact will be given preference.
• Self-nominations are accepted, or you may nominate someone you know personally.

Nominee Requirements

• Must be 30 years or older.
• Must be a citizen of India.
• Must be currently residing in India and actively contributing to work within the country

Selection Criteria

The IWAA - Indian Women Achievers Awards follows a rigorous, transparent, and merit-based selection process. We honor women who have made significant contributions and demonstrated excellence in their fields. Key criteria include:

Indian Citizenship

Nominees must be Indian citizens residing in India.

Experience

A minimum of 15 years of experience in their field, with consistent leadership and excellence (exceptions apply to certain categories).

Significant Contributions

Demonstrated impactful, lasting contributions in their industry or community.

No Paid Awards

Nominees must not have received awards requiring payment or PR-based nominations; we recognize genuine merit.

Credibility & Integrity

High ethical standards and a strong commitment to professional and personal excellence.

Leadership

Leadership qualities with a track record of positive change and innovation in their field.

Social Impact

Consideration for nominees whose work creates meaningful social impact, especially those empowering communities or women.

Diverse Achievements

Contributions across sectors like education, law, medicine, arts, STEM, sports, and entertainment are valued.
